We are hiring for a TEAM LEAD Account Manager position in a supervisory capacity!

Existing State Farm Agency experience is required.

  • Outbound calling to Prospects and Current Clients. 90% of our sales are made on the phone and 10% in person. There are a ton of ways to reach people, but you'll need to work the phones to make sales happen! When we say "insurance sales" - think about it. The majority of people have insurance already. The only thing you are initially "selling" them is a 10-minute conversation.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
