  • Outbound calling to Prospects and Current Clients. 90% of our sales are made on the phone and 10% in person. There are a ton of ways to reach people, but you'll need to work the phones to make sales happen! When we say "insurance sales" - think about it. The majority of people have insurance already. The only thing you are "selling" them? An initial 10 minute conversation.

Licensing
Colorado Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses are required to solicit insurance. Don't let this step dissuade you from an awesome career path.

Compensation
You will earn a minimum of $60,000 per year with additional commissions and bonuses based on the Agency's performance and your individual production.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
